Our partner employer is a leader in mushroom production and processing in Poland, supplying products worldwide since 1992.
Work is performed on a single shift from 06:00 to 14:00 on a rotating 7-day schedule, on selected days depending on the shift pattern. The employer provides 3 sets of work clothes and an on-site laundry service.
Main duties: picking mushrooms to defined quality standards and controlling product quality.
What the employer offers
- Contract of mandate (umowa zlecenie)
- 32.00 PLN gross per hour (~23.11 PLN net per hour)
- Estimated monthly gross: 5,900–7,500 PLN
- Food allowance: 0.76 PLN net per hour
- Paid accommodation: 250 PLN per month
- Free transport to the workplace
- Quality and quantity bonus on top of hourly pay
- Approximately 200 hours per month
- Work clothes and on-site laundry at the factory
Requirements
- Teamwork and manual dexterity; precision in picking
- No experience required — on-the-job training provided
