What a consultation is
A 30-minute conversation with a member of our team about your circumstances, the documents your application may need, and the options open to you. It costs R500, which is deducted from our service fee if you go ahead with us.
We recommend one when an enquiry needs individual attention, for example after a previous refusal, when information is missing or contradictory, or when the official guidance is unclear.
How your enquiry is reviewed
No automated eligibility check is carried out on this website. A member of our team reviews every enquiry personally.
If you would like to discuss your circumstances, you can request a consultation. Visa requirements depend on your individual circumstances, and the relevant immigration authority makes the final decision.
Important: what we are, and what we are not

- We are not a government office, an embassy or consulate, or a visa application centre operator, and we are not a law firm.
- Every visa decision is made by the relevant government authority. Our assistance does not guarantee approval.
- Government, embassy and visa application centre fees are separate from our professional service fees and are paid to those bodies.
