Business Visa Assistance
Business visitor visas cover activities such as attending meetings, conferences and trade fairs, or negotiating contracts. They do not normally allow you to work for an organisation in the destination country.
We help you show clearly what the trip is for, who is paying and how it relates to your work at home.
Typical supporting documents
- An invitation letter from the company or event you are visiting
- A letter from your employer confirming your position and the purpose of the trip
- Business registration documents, if you are self-employed or a business owner
- Evidence of who is paying for the trip
Business visits are not work
If the trip involves actually doing work for an organisation in the destination country, a business visitor visa may not be appropriate. We will tell you if your plans look like they require a different type of visa.
How we can help
- Checking that a business visitor visa fits your planned activities
- Reviewing invitation and employer letters for clarity
- A tailored document checklist and form review
What we do not do
- Guarantee a visa, an appointment date or a decision timeline
- Act as, or on behalf of, a government office, embassy, consulate or visa application centre
- Ask for, or log in with, your passwords for government or visa-centre portals
- Submit false or misleading information or documents
Fees
We do not publish fixed prices because cases differ. After reviewing your assessment, we explain the service your case needs and send a written quotation before any work starts. Government, embassy and visa-centre fees are separate from our service fee and are paid to those bodies. Submitting an assessment is free. See our refund policy.
Common questions
Can I attend a job interview on a business visa?
Rules differ between countries. Tell us what you plan to do in the assessment and we will explain how the destination's rules apply to you.

- Every visa decision is made by the relevant government authority. Our assistance does not guarantee approval.
