Canada Visa Assistance
Canadian visitor visas (temporary resident visas) are applied for online through Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). Most applicants also need to give biometrics at a visa application centre.
Some nationalities do not need a visitor visa and instead need an electronic travel authorisation (eTA) to fly to Canada.
What we commonly help with
- Visitor visa applications for tourism and family visits
- Study permit applications for applicants with a letter of acceptance
- Canadian refusals and re-applications
- Work permit documents where you already have a genuine, employer-supported job offer
Canadian refusals
Canadian refusal letters often list reasons briefly. Applicants can usually request more detailed officer notes through an official information request, which can help explain a refusal. Re-applying is common; a legal challenge in the Federal Court is possible in some cases but has strict time limits and requires a lawyer.
How we can help
- Choosing the right application and document checklist
- Reviewing your documents and forms before submission
- Refusal assessments and re-application preparation
What we do not do
- Guarantee a visa, an appointment date or a decision timeline
- Act as, or on behalf of, a government office, embassy, consulate or visa application centre
- Ask for, or log in with, your passwords for government or visa-centre portals
- Submit false or misleading information or documents
- Act as your authorised representative with IRCC (only licensed consultants and lawyers can be paid representatives)
Fees
We do not publish fixed prices because cases differ. After reviewing your assessment, we explain the service your case needs and send a written quotation before any work starts. Government, embassy and visa-centre fees are separate from our service fee and are paid to those bodies. Submitting an assessment is free. See our refund policy.
Common questions
Will you submit my application through my IRCC account?
No. We never ask for, or use, your IRCC account password. You remain in control of your account and submit the application yourself.
